Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Power-Designs-Inc 5015-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pratt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pradler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-Measurement product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pratt such as the 982153110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UPMINI2DA manufactured by Pradler and we are pleased to be able to service most Pradler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PH0201B05408 by Manufacturer Power-Measurement as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Power-Designs-Inc Brand 5015S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as FNX32TS41308003901 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PLG160AL0500PD1H1L1C1M16E2B1P2 made by Primatics as well as the popular GRAVIMETRIC original spares produced by Process-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PSP10002 by Icp and FNX32TS41308003901 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA020197 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ceac.
